The general personal data on your resume that you have submitted to our company for your job application will be processed, for limited legitimate reasons in accordance with your open consent, when data processing is required for the establishment, use or protection of rights and without impairing your fundamental rights and freedoms or when data processing is a mandatory procedure in our company for its legitimate interests. In the case of the presence of such exceptions, your approval for data processing is not required.
Other than what is stated above, processing of your private personal data on your resume (race, ethnicity, political orientation, philosophical stance, blood type, health information, clothing, associations, foundations or unions that you are a member of, criminal record and security measures) by our company without your open consent (manual obtainment of the data that are a part of a record system either wholly or partially, its record, storage, conservation, alteration, readjustment, explanation, transmission) will not be possible. For this reason, we would like to inform you that we will have to delete your resume and in order for your job application to be evaluated, you will need to resubmit your resume only after you have been informed by our company following your application.
Your personal data on your resume will be processed for the purposes of;
1- Evaluating whether you are a suitable candidate for the position that you applied for or/and other available positions,
2- Contacting you,
3- Determination of your position and rights based on your job experience and professional seniority,
4- Contacting your references and obtaining information on your job experience, rights, performance, reason for the cease of employment, personal and professional capabilities, communication skills and general profile,
5- Confirmation of workplace and business processes’ security,
6- Determination of the salary and fringe benefits,
7- Determination of benefits that your family members get due to your work,
8- Mapping the legal/executive processes required for your employment regarding your nationality,
9- Identification of whether you have any relatives working for our company and healthy designation of superior-subordinate relationship,
10- Meeting the labour force needs in the future by means of personnel candidate pool system,
11- Knowing your blood type for the minimum level of health intervention in case of an emergency during work,
12- Obtaining information about your compulsory service obligation, if you have any.
Our company takes reasonable precautions to protect data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, sharing, modification and deletion. If you provide data about your relatives, family members or dependents, your references to our company, it is your responsibility to confirm that they are legally authorised to consent and to obtain their open consent (including transmission) for processing their data.
We hereby declare that you have the following rights regarding your data processed by our company in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:
1- Knowing whether your personal data is processed or not,
2- Demanding information if your personal data is processed,
3- Knowing whether your personal data is processed or not, and if processed, knowing whether it is used in accordance with its purpose or not,
4- Knowing foreign and local third parties to whom your personal data is transmitted,
5- Demanding correction in case your personal data is processed deficiently or incorrectly,
6- Demanding deletion or extermination of your personal data within the framework of provisions stated in Article 7,
7- Requesting the notification of third parties to whom the personal information is transmitted, when transactions are carried out in accordance with paragraphs (f), (d), and (e),
8- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9- Requesting the recovery of the loss in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
One of the reasons for processing your personal data is to keep your resume in the “personnel candidate pool system to meet the future workforce needs”, thus; even though you may have a negative response to your application, your resume will be kept for 2 years. Please be informed.
