  • The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) was adopted on 24 March 2016 and published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677, and entered into force as of 07 October 2016.
  • The Law was adopted in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of individuals in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations and procedures and principles to be complied with by real and legal entities processing personal data.

  • In accordance with the Law, as Data Market and with the title of Data Officer, we will be able to process all kinds of transactions on the personal data that you have shared with our company, wholly or partially automatic means or obtained manually by means of a data processing system, such as saving, storage, preservation, alteration, rearrangement, transmission, explanation, takeover, making available, classification or blocking off.

  • Your personal data is processed in the scope of conditions and purposes of processing personal data stated on the related articles of the KVK Law in order to provide services to our customers in accordance with the provisions of the agreement and requirements of technology, to develop the products and services that we provide to you, to introduce new products and services in line with the customer satisfaction and needs, to provide agency services, to identify commercial and business strategies of our company and their application and to ensure smooth transaction of the human resources activities of our company.

  • Your personal data can be collected verbally, in written form or electronically via our website, sales and marketing department employees, forms collected during customer visits, digital marketing and call centre.

  • Article 11 of the Law entered into force on 7 October 2016 and your rights arising from this Law are as follows as per the related article.

  • a) To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
  • b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • d) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • e) To request the deletion or extermination of personal data in accordance with the conditions provided for in Article 7,
